CERTIFIED NUTRITION + HEALTH COACH
Holly Harris is a Waco, Texas native, attended Baylor University, a small business owner of more than 20 years and an executive health coach certified in nutrition and gut health through IIN based in New York, New York.
After battling childhood anorexia nervosa, which resulted in three heart conditions and two heart ablations she found herself at a peak weight of 305 pounds at the age of 34. In 18 months, she lost 160 pounds and by age 36 was enjoying the healthy weight and lifestyle she still maintains today.

Holly is dedicated to helping her clients create fundamental step-change in all life’s aspects. She lives the lifestyle with a fierce commitment and dedication on a consistent daily basis. Partnering with Holly can yield the longevity and results your body, mind and soul need.

Holly started running distance races in 2016. She enjoys strength training and stays very active with outdoor adventures. Moving her body every day is so important to stay connected to her mind, body and soul. Follow along to see what her next adventure is, current races and favorite workouts!

Holly believes that eating a whole foods diet full of animal-based protein helps ensure that your body gets the macros that is needs. She stands behind some of the top brands when it comes to whole foods and appreciates companies that go the extra mile to make sure our food is pure and nutrient dense. She also lives a sugar-free lifestyle and loves every minute of it! Her focus is bio individuality and helping her clients find the best way to eat that works for their body.
